Hummus

Ingredients

  • 15 oz can of chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4-6 tbsp ice cold water
  • Instructions

  • Drain and rinse chickpeas
  • Add ingredients to blender/food-processor
  • blend for 4-5 minutes until it's smooth
  • Serve
